I think what aggravates me about him is just that he'll spout off all of those cliches about not judging others and THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT HE DOES. He is the epitome of a hypocrite and is so completely self diluted that he refuses to acknowledge his own faults and limitations.
I have absolutely no problem with a person being secure enough with themselves that they don't need to focus solely on the opinions of the people around them. However, those people are the ones seeing you and if they're seeing something significantly different from what you see, then it's time for some major self evaluation.
This narcissism of his is only going to stunt his personal growth and will probably be worse for his business than anything else. |
