Not only none from my state, but neither Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Arkansas. Strange, huh?

What I did detect was location bias based on (yes) 10 (or half of the cast members) came from California.

Six came from the north.

The rest came from the west (Texas, Oregon, Washington Arizona).

Perhaps the south after a major election changed political opinions of the media, entertainment industry and the other parts of the U.S.

Perhaps representation of Southerners on a popular show is now a thing of the past, given every cast members selected comes from areas which skirted the Deep South below that of the Mason-Dixon line for more punishment beyond that of the dark ages of the Civil War. Political aims to exclude southern cast members has overriden fairness in selection. Who knows?

I do know that many true atheletes, gamers, intellegent selections have now been shunned but for whateve reason.

I do hope it's not for prejudice.
You really need to relax dude. There are no more carpet baggers intent on keeping the South down. William Sherman is dead as well as Mr Lee. The Freedom Riders have gone home. Woolworths went backrupt years ago. There is no clandestine movement to keep the South down.

The show is not trying to give a cross section of America. Travel and setting up auditions costs money. The Population of California is just under 38 million. That also happens to be where the entertainment industry is. A percentage of that population came there to enter the industry. And wow!!! half of the cast resides in that state. Who would have guessed....... Maybe the people seeking a foothold in the industry make a real push to be on the show. Just a thought......
