And I could have agreed with you if you had not thrown in the little "Hispanic thing". I'm as "white bread" as they come, but being a woman in business, I truly believe it has become too easy to pidgeon hole any emotionalism as a WOMAN'S downfall in business. If she had been in a mixed group with men, her behavior would have been blamed on her gender. Since she was with women, it becomes easy for some to say it was because of her being Hispanic. I think she set herself up for it by saying the people at the gym were "her people" (God I am soooo sick of that line after RSI). But I don't think her ethnicity should be blamed for her complete attitude.

In reality, she has a massive chip on her shoulder and a bad sense of both teambuilding and professional behaviour. Plus, she obviously has an abundance of issues with dealing with other women.
