Is this what you are talking about? I found this in episode two. That's when Bruce comes back to the tribe at night and "filters" water.
He's wearing shorts with his long sleeved shirt tied around his waste. The arms of his shirt are hanging down in front of him as he bends over. He is fully clothed.
