| Pink Ladies are team number 1 but I like the Gaghan family. I predict they will win the whole thing. What do you think?

| I like the Gaghen family as well. I thought it was cute how she fell asleep right away in the car. I was surprised by the family with the 3 brothers and one sister (Linzers???) that had the biggy ride from hell. I thought they would be stronger competitors. And also surprised by the ?? family (Can't remember the name yet, but the widow and her kids who are always praying). They are very determined and running strong. |

| I personally feel that the Gaghan family have spoiled children who are trying to show off in front of everyone. I imagine they will make it far in this game, but I am not convinced they deserve it. They remind me of "goody goody" people who think they are better than everyone else. I thought the "cute little girl" was faking sleep in that shot! I did feel the Black family seemed more down to earth, I really hated to see them go! I definately hope the Paolo family goes quickly, I don't think I can watch much more of the bickering... I will have to watch with the sound off. My favorites to win are the Weaver family, the Father and 3 daughter family, and the father and 3 son-in-laws. |

| I thought the Gaghan was lovely. I don't think that to be a good family like that, they have to act. And I didn't see the children being spoiled. If they were that spoiled they wouldn't have wanted to do anything at all. I've seen many spoiled children (my family raises them in alarming numbers) and they didn't act a bit like that. I thought the mother and father encouraging each other afterwards was really sweet. And the mother telling her son that he did wonderfully. I mean, sure, you could keep up the ruse for a few hours, but to do so under stress for two days? If they really were a horrible family, it would've come out. But that's my personal opinion. Obviously they are strong competitors. Besides, I hint a prejudice about little kids that I think is really misplaced. Just as there are good and bad adults, there are good and bad children. They are definatly my favorite to win. I don't think the dad and daughters will do well...dad just can't keep up. I hope the siblings go next time, I can't stand them at all. The sisters seem nice enough, I suppose. The Black family needs to watch out for their youngest son. He has some anger issues and walls there that need to be taken down...

| The siblings I don't mind, but the Paolo's I just can't stand. I live near Carmel, New York (where the Paolo's live) and the local paper printed an article about them being on the race a few weeks ago. The article showed them as a happy-go-lucky, tight, closely bonded family. That's really, really not the impression I got last night. They bicker, bicker, bicker, bicker, bicker. It's not even interesting, dramatic bickering like Hellboy ("I'll jump in front of that train"). It's the breakdown of a family. Not two incompatible idiots who never should have met. A family who is stuck together their entire life. I dislike watching it. As for the show, it's not the same. They run around New York, cross a river in Pennsylvania(do you mean the STATE of Pennsylvania? I'm confused...), go camping, do a stupid detour and finish, the whole time having an SUV to sit in comfortably (at least comfortable compared to an African taxi) and no airport troubles. The camping is an aspect of the show that has perpetually bugged me: the bottlenecks. I remember when Colin & Christie had a seven hour lead over Mirna & Shmirna after some wonderful gameplay. But, when it came down to it, they had no possible chance of maintaining it, and everyone was level again at the beginning of the next leg. The camping trip: everyone came in at different times, then left within an hour of each other. I want to see a race where people arrive at 8 PM and leave at 8 AM and get right to work in the same order they arrived, not arrive at 12 noon and leave at 12 midnight to sleep outside somewhere and wait until morning and restart the race with everyone else. This reality season has let me down...amazing race is horrible, martha's pathetic, survivor's lost its touch, and donald...well, The Donald is always perfect ![]() |

| I was really sorry to see the Black family go. They seemed like the most rounded and positive family competing. Along with the family made up of a widown and her 3 kids, they were my favorite. I screamed out when the mother got run over by the carriage, that was scary to watch. I felt awful for her kids to feel even for a second they might lose their mother. Please let it be the Paolo's that go home next!!! Talk about your totally disfunctional family! I've never seen or heard emotional and verbal abuse like that, especially towards parents! I hope both those boys have a very hard time getting any dates after this show. Never date or marry a man that doesn't know how to treat his mother with love and respect. So anyway, as of now I'm routing for the mom and her 3 kids, and the family from Baton Rouge too.

| I have to agree with Timreyn..The bickering was a headach and nerve racking to me. I did not enjoy the show before or now. I agree about the Paolo family also the Rogers Family felt sorry for the son. The father is pretty harsh. I see Dr. Phil getting involved again with this show.
