I think they got rid of the right person. And, I didn't think she was beautiful; not bad, but fairly ordinary in a group of such beautiful and accomplished people. Someone must have told her she was all that from the crib. I had a cousin like that; she got over it when she hit the Berkeley campus and was surrounded by all the other women who were just as or more accomplished. Plus, all that emotional crap annoys me no end. It is typically Hispanic. My daughter-in-law, god love her, laces every statement, mundane to the critical with deep, deep emotion, blah, blah, blah, and heartfelt indignation when she is told to calm down and for Chr..ts sake take a breath and listen and let someone else have an opinion. Just because they may not agree with you does not mean they are attacking you. Not all about you.

Suezeekay I can not agree with you MORE!!! She was awful. None of those girls were intimidated by her...they were sick of her. She was rude, annoying, not to mention obnoxious as hell. I hope she realizes that just because she can talk OVER someone else does not mean that she is right, it only means shes LOUD.

And I could have agreed with you if you had not thrown in the little "Hispanic thing". I'm as "white bread" as they come, but being a woman in business, I truly believe it has become too easy to pidgeon hole any emotionalism as a WOMAN'S downfall in business. If she had been in a mixed group with men, her behavior would have been blamed on her gender. Since she was with women, it becomes easy for some to say it was because of her being Hispanic. I think she set herself up for it by saying the people at the gym were "her people" (God I am soooo sick of that line after RSI). But I don't think her ethnicity should be blamed for her complete attitude.

In reality, she has a massive chip on her shoulder and a bad sense of both teambuilding and professional behaviour. Plus, she obviously has an abundance of issues with dealing with other women.

Yeah, her issues are that she thinks she's "Too beautiful and smart" so other women are intimidated. I was shocked! She was not pretty and not smart.

Chip on the shoulder is the key word here. She's the one who's insecure with herself. How'd did she even get on the show?

I have to say from her bio that she looks good on paper. Pretty talented and accomplished. But EGO combined with Equal Op Employer is scary in the real world. I don't care what your ethnicity or gender is (more power to anyone who wants to swim with the sharks at that level) you can't flaunt it as either a positive or negative standing on it's own. It's got to be part of who you are... not all of who you are.
