The $500,000-winner of Big Brother 9, Delray Beach’s Adam Jasinski, thought it’d be a good idea to bring his galpal to his plastic surgery last week

Big mistake, Big Brother!

Philadelphia resident Holly Letoski (At right), who’s been seeing Jasinski for several months, passed out as a doctor’s assistant rushed to catch her.

The controversial Jasinski - who drew howls of protest earlier this year when he called the kids at the autism organization he briefly worked for “retards” - chose to undergo surgery to his right cheek to smooth out injuries from a long ago car crash.

“I went through a windshield, and a chunk of glass in my face started to bubble the skin,” said Jasinski, 30. So, renowned plastic surgeon Luis Vinas in West Palm Beach cut open Jasinski’s cheek, pulled out tiny shards and sewed him back together like nothing ever happened. Took just 45 minutes.

But Letoski didn’t seem to enjoy herself, making it look like she suffered more than Jasinski. The 5-foot-6 stunner turned pale. All Jasinski said he heard was a nurse say, “You’re going to pass out!”

Someone had Letoski do the “face in the knees” thing and eventually she came to.

Worth it?

“You only have one face,” Jasinski said. “You need to take care of it, no matter what.”
