I was not impressed. It seemed like a bad soap opera. The arrogant guy is captain. I liked the guy that was "cut loose". The tribal council looked like it was filmed on a stage.

What do you think?

It was okay but I'm not holding my breath... I'll see how it plays out in the next few weeks before I give a yeah or nae.

I didn't care much for the guy who got cut loose, he was way too pretty and arrogant for his own good. I was glad to see him go. Hopefully JD gets off of his power trip and settles down. He could make a good Captain.

Why Pirates ???? it makes the show so cheesy..... What I didnt like was the fact that we were not given any background on the contestants , we are not able to here everyones thoughts, they focused on the stripper/science guy and the creepy captain guy, neither was likeable, no one stood out. I dunno......there were so many unaddressed things like .........where are they sailing to? where do they get their meals? what are the options as far as the money? nothing was clear ( although i have to admit it really didnt hold my attention )

It was ok. I thought the pirates court thing was a little interesting. But could they please get rid of the eyeliner on the guys?? And that captains hat and coat thing????? Uhhhhh....

The first guy that got 'cut loose' was a big ass. " I've got the compasses " what was that childish crap??? For a scientist he sure was dumb maybe he should stick to stipping. oh Exotic dancing must be the scientist way of saying it.

I hope Ruppert wins. LOL wonder which season of Surivor inspired this show????

The captain JD was to be on Survivor Gualemala but broke his ankle just before leaving, Jamie ( big white dud who hung with Steph ) was his replacement

I missed it last week, but I will for sure watch it this week. I'll give my opinion after the show. We need something to fill in our time.

I liked it well enough. It did seem a little over staged to me. I think the best part of the episode was the whole treasure hunting part. Jon Doe needs to go, that's for sure....

The Captain Jack Sparrow wannabe that got the boot was a waste of flesh, in my opinion..... What the hell is a stripper/scientist anyway? Does he do experiments on naked people?!?

My favorites thus far are Louie, Christian, and the Lex lookalike.... I can't remember his name right now....

I think Lex No2 is going to win it all... Not a spoiler, just my thoughts....

BTW, does anyone know if they are planning on doing another Treasure Hunters this summer? I liked that show.... Hopefully this wasn't the replacement.... ick.
