Real or fake?

Do you think Ace's accent is real or fake? I think he is just putting on a show myself to keep Sugar close to him. I notice when he is talking to the camera by himself...it disappears a lot.So what do you think and why?

Someone left a comment on the site that said they used to work with him and that it's totally fake. He did live in England for a while, so it might be real, but the consensus is that it's fake.

I don't know if he's purposely picking up and dropping an accent, but I agree that it changes quite a bit, even when he's talking to the camera. I think it comes on more strongly when he's feeling smug, like it's a cocky persona he uses to help him think like a winner. Last week, he said "legless chickens" and "sleek weasels" in a Bond-villain way, but in yesterday's episode, when he said he might be "high and dry" now that Jacquie's gone, he sounded genuinely dejected and had no trace of an accent.

Is there anything real about ACE? Yes! He's a real pompas ass who needs to get voted out. That accent makes me embarrased for him as well. I'll bet he's a peach in real life and a 2 pump chump. Its all an act to cover up his inadequacies.
