i'm confused about what kenny did. explain it to me please.

you know how kenny told crystal to vote for corinne so that she would get 4 and matty would get 3? he did this to flush out the immunity idol (which he didn't know was fake) and get matt out at the same time. what i don't understand is why would it matter if corinne got the majority of the votes? if you play the immunity idol, even if nobody voted for you, it's still out of the game, right? i think kenny doesn't know the rules of the game. he shouldn't have told crystal to vote for corinne, it didn't make sense. the only reason kenny told crystal to vote for corinne is so the idol would be flushed out, but it would be flushed out regardless if corinne played it! can somebody explain to me why kenny did the 4 for corinne and 3 for matty thing?

He flopped to get old kota's vote in the finale. Why do you think he told Crystal to vote Corinne, and that he'd vote for Matty? The opposite way doesnt benefit him.

If he makes the finale, he has a good chance to win now.
Had he not of flipped, and made the finale, he wouldnt get old kotas vote. But because he placed his trust in Bob and Corinne, he'll get old kotas vote.

you didn't understand my question. i was asking as far as getting the idol out, why did they have to make sure corinne got the majority. but i'm an idiot, i realize now that if she didn't play the idol, then she would still have it and be in the game if they voted for matty. i was thinking of it as kenny was thinking it's a 100% fact she's gonna play it, thus i didn't understand why it mattered that they vote for corinne if she's gonna play the idol anyways. i realize now what he was doing was making sure the idol gets flushed out one way (she plays it) or the other (she gets voted out). can't believe i'm that stupid.

I just told you why.
Ken wanted Corinne to get the majority, so if it is fake, she leaves. Ken made Crystal out to be the bad guy from the plan. Taking Corinne, Bob, Ken, and Crystal to the final 4 would be a bad idea for Ken, if Corinne and Bob were in F-3 with him, he'd stand no chance at winning. This way, he is slowly getting favorable odds for the finale.

So why did he want majority corinne? A million dollars. Thats the question. If he voted Corinne also, old kota would hate him, and if makes finale, no million for him.

I was thinking the same thing. If she doesn't play the idol, then she would go home with the 4 votes. It shouldn't matter if she had the idol or not. Either her or Matty would go home and that really doesn't matter to Kenny.

If he wanted to have favor with old kota, he should have told Crystal to vote for Matty too and sent him home, which Crystal wishes that she did now.

Id Corrine only had 3 votes, according to the plan, and didn't play the idol, then Matty goes home and Corrine stays, which would give Kenny and Crystal MUCH more favor with old kota.

Why did they let Sugar keep her idol all the way through? Why not flush her out either?

Crystal said today that Sugar was going to use it for one of them, that Sugar, Crystal, and Kenny had the alliance and they wanted her to keep hers.

Also: No, if Crystal voted Matty, it'd help HER out, but not Ken.

Imagine Corinne, Ken, Bob, Crystal final 4. No matter what, atleast Corinne or Bob would make the finale. Ken or Crystal cant win the million vs either.

I'm just saying because none of you seem to realize why Ken flopped, when to me it seems obvious o_o

You see, I have watched all 17 seasons at least four or five time, and I am 37 years old and I work in a bar and I am student of Sociology/ Anthropology. I know what game Kenny is playing very well. It has only won a game once. ( Season One)
IF he wins, he will be the first "MASTERMIND" that has won in a while.
If you have taken Statistics in college, then you would know that most things in life follow a normal curve. Most people don't like "Masterminds" or people that show signs of superiority. It is an inequality that will get counted as a outlier in most norms.
It is not that I hate his game, It just isn't the norm in this game to win.
AGAIN, it is a game of staying in the red zone as it gets smaller and smaller as you vote people out.
