Default I hate the men

The men suck. They are all a bunch of idiots. A woman is gonna win this one. I wonder if it will be Jan, Opps I mean Sandy.

Well, ok, I don't mind the little kid. He actually seems to have more sense than any of the older ones.

The 19 year old is quite likable. He's smart, nice and seems to know how to play the game (considering he's a self-proclaimed "survivor nut" and has seen every single season).

JT seems pretty nice. I like how he's got a sense of leadership but isn't bossy.

I'll add J.T. as a likable guy. I get the feeling the women are gonna dominate this game. As soon as the hunger kicks in, the machismo attitudes of a lot of these guys is gonna come out and piss the girls off. Just a hunch. The look in a lot of these girls eyes tell me that they won't put up with the men's crap. We'll see. I just hope its more interesting the Fan vs. Fav's ( what a crappy season that was) To early for me to call anything yet. I'll have my picks in two to three more weeks. Gotta see how they gel first.

The only guy on there that seemed interesting to me is Stephen. He's either going to turn out really quirky and likable or a whiny brat that I can't wait to see go home.

The 19 year old isn't bad. I don't mind Coach but he's going to get irritating unless he lays off the teacher thing and lets them see him as more of a team player than a team leader.

I think he's got a few "lack of self-esteem" issues that make him prey. He already showed it in his statement about being a nerdy jew-boy from new york. His own perception of himself and his reluctance to think that he'll fit in will probably make him a target. Just a hunch though.

OH, and I already hate Coach. He's got the wrong attitude and has already made bad plays that give BAD first impressions. He'll be out as soon as no one needs his "strength". It might be enough to get him to the jury though.

Default ‘American Idol,’ ‘Survivor’ now both on Q-11

NOT one, but two of the biggest, most phenomenal reality shows in the world – ‘American Idol’ and ‘Survivor: Tocantins’ – are now both on Q Channel 11.

‘American Idol,’ which kicked off its high-octane 8th season last Jan. 14, is taking the show to an even higher level. For Season 8, some changes in the format are introduced and Kara DioGuardi, a Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter, joined Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul, and Randy Jackson on the judges’ corner of ‘American Idol.’

Host Ryan Seacrest underscored the changes early in the season. For one, there were three weeks of auditions, instead of the usual four. The change allowed for a second Hollywood week. Group numbers also made a comeback in the Hollywood round of ‘AI.’

For the semifinals this February, 36 hopefuls, instead of 24 like last season, will be chosen and wild-card picks – also making a smashing comeback after Season 3 – will have the judges choosing three singers to join the top 12.

The original ‘Survivor’ franchise, on the other hand, ushers in its 8th season via ‘Survivor Tocantins: The Brazilian Highlands.’ After 17 phenomenal seasons, millions of dollars in prizes, millions of loyal viewers, numerous adaptations in several countries across the globe, ‘Survivor’ continues to up the ante.

For ‘Survivor: Tocatins,’ the castaways will be divided into two separate tribes from the very beginning. And these diverse individuals will be forced to begin their game plan and strategies based solely on their first impression of each other.

They will be left stranded in the majestic interior of Brazil for 39 days – battling scorching temperatures, torrential downpours, and dangerous wildlife all in an effort to outwit, outplay, and outlast one another to ultimately win the title of being the Sole Survivor.
