Default And remember

The bible was used to say the Africans should be enslaved. That women should keep their mouths shut and should submit to men. That the world was flat. That the world was the center of the universe. That there are unicorns. I could go on and on about the things that the Bible says and were used to kill, enslave and subjugate people with. You think that MAYBE, if those things are now considered wrong that there could be some other misinterpretations or false thinking's that came about because of ignorance?

For instance the reason why Homosexuality was considered wrong was because it was considered murder! Murder you say? Well yes, because it was once believed that everything needed to make a baby was all in the sperm of the male. Well, we know that that is not so, because you need an egg as well. So, if its not murder, is it still wrong? Oh, by the way, if you have ever pulled out of your wife or Jerked off then you are in just as much sin as a homosexual. They were considered murder as well. So, now that we know these things it could explain why the apostle Paul said that they were working death into their bodies. He believed that everything needed to make a baby was all in the sperm and so therefore if a man had sex with another man he was working death into another's body. Again, study to show thyself approved. Be Blessed.

Oh, Brian...

We could have a huge long discussion about homosexuality and the bible, and I'd really love to personally, but I should, as the admin of the forum, try to keep things on track.

I already deleted one posted that was just name calling.

This is my effort to try to gently turn the discussion back towards Survivor and away from the dark pit of political and religious diatribes.

So...What do you think about Coach?

Default he needs to go!

I really think that Coach played his hand too early. It is going to bite him in the end. He already showed his hand to Brenden last week and I really feel that Candace left the seeds of doubt about him behinds her. They voted her out to keep Coach in, only for his strength and for tribal unity. Underneath all of that, is a distrust of Coach. And that coat thing that he did really looked foolish. He did it in front of America and his tribe. Really, what was that? HE's not all that. I don't think he is at least.

Default Btw

I just wasn't going to take it either. Sorry to use the forum for such things but, I couldn't just let that one go. I was a little enraged by the outright ignorance of some people. Again, Sorry. I'll try to use a little more restraint next time.

Not to worry. I think the Survivor producers use the controversy to stir things up, so it's inevitable that the issues would pop up here. They like to have their token Christians too.

I SOOO would love to talk about the issue though. You're not the only one who has to use a little restraint.

Default Risque comment!

I don't know where else to post this comment. So I thought I'll do it here. This occurred to me the other night during the challenge in the rain/water. If Survivor ever did a highlight video showing everything that gets blurred out on the ladies, it could out sell a "Girls gone wild" video! Just think of all boobies exposed by accident in the challenges over the years. Or how about those exposed in exchange for food? Now that would be a goldmine! I don't mean to sound like a dirty old man. But that would make for some real uncensored reality TV!

Maybe Survivor needs to do something like Big Brother has on a cable channel! "Survivor Uncensored"!

I don't understand all this talk about Coach, find him charismatic at all, In fact I find him a creepy pony-tailed poser, ( I would like to see someone swing him around by his pony tail in the challenge ) and He's a "close talker" to boot.

Coach = EWW
