What Bible is Coach quoting from?????

I am not an expert on religions so maybe Coach's religion uses a different Bible than I do, but in Luke 23:34 it is Jesus that says "Father forgive them for they know not what they do". Who is Stephen and what Temple is he talking about, I must be really missing something.

So please give him a break, its not his fault he thinks one thing about this religion. They failed to pass down its true meaning.
