What are the rules for Survivor Finale?

With the finale in 3 days, what will the format be? What about the immunity idol that Taj/Stephen holds? Is it still in play? Which of those 2 has control of it?

I want to know the "rules"!

The idol is no longer in play. Jeff stated that at the last council.
