Coach's "girlfriend"

Maybe it's just me but I wonder if the girl that showed up in the audience was really his girlfriend. She seemed to be talking from a script (that Coach wrote) and didn't seem to have any emotional investment in him. (paid escort?) What she said just seemed a bit off, sort of like Coach. Did she seem like the real thing?
