I wonder about

I'd like to know what the interviewing process is like when they send the finalists to California. What kind of tests do they put you through. I'm sure that it is considered to be a part of production and therefore they can't talk about it, but I still wonder what they put them through. They hint around it in interviews but never in any detail.
