Default My Thoughts (if anyone cares)....

My favorite season hands down is 2-The Australian Outback. I think the reason being that the camera crews had much more time to get us involved in the personalities of the contestants and not so much with the challenges. There is much more to say about the show, but I am not that gifted of a writer. Anyhoo, if the budget cuts for production do anything, let us hope they force them to scale back the intricate challenges and numerous camera angles. Make the challenges something that a survivor of a shipwreck would have to endure (that is the whole idea of the show isn't it?). Get up close and personal with the contestants and show us the boring times and let us hear the sounds of the animals around them. In other words, make us feel like we are there with them. That's it. Survivors ready? Go!

You will hear many of us say the same thing here. Season 2 is my favorite as well. Most of us would love to see the contestants suffer a little more than they do now. I seem to remember Elizabeth's hair falling out from lack of nutrition. Now, they lose 5 lbs. or gain weight (like Becky did ! ). Now, its more about sex appeal. We are given some eye candy that strips down for a month and eats rice and hopefully someone wins a million dollars by using a lot of blindsides to get there.

Little doubt that 1-3 ( Borneo, Australia and Africa ) were the best hands down.

yah season 2 was really fantastic. I too liked that very much. But my Favorite season was 18th season. I think it was the best season. I enjoyed this very much.

Most of the seasons were pretty forgettable. Season 18 had great fun with Coach, especially the scene with him stretching in the morning sun and the music playing. Pretty clever. Season 7 with Rupert was great, but beyond that, the others were only memorable for either their locations or a negative aspect of a player. Don't get me wrong, I love Survivor and will watch them.

I joke with my wife that I could never be on the show.
1- Most of the people on there are really strange.
2- I would probably be kicked off the show for killing a fellow tribe mate.
