 Heidi Strobel Cole Hamels Heidi & Strobel welcome baby boy According to MLB.com, Cole Hamels and wife, Survivor alum (Amazon) Heidi Strobel, have welcomed their second child – a baby boy! Caleb Michael was born at 9am on Friday (October 9) at Lankenau Hospital in North Philadelphia. Proud dad Cole learned of his wife’s labor at 4pm Thursday afternoon when the Phillies’ traveling secretary gave him a message from Heidi which read: “I’m in the hospital going into labor. Could you please tell Cole as soon as he’s done pitching?” The couple, who announced in July that they were expecting a boy, have been married since 2006. Congratulations to the Hamels-Strobel family!
