| I don't know where they stay, but I don't think BJ and Jamie have nearly the tension between them off-show as they did on-show. In fact, the week Gary got voted off, they were the only two on the jury and were laughing and clapping each other on the back over a comment Gary made about Steph's "popularity" and the other players being star-struck. It was cute. I'd never been a big Jamie fan while he was on the show, but this sort of endeared him to me a little bit. Anyone who can laugh at Steph is A-Okay in my book. ![]() |

| All members of the tribes stay on the Island all 39 days. You dont see the others cause they didnt make the jury. If the other members left the Island before that period people (especially the press) would know who was voted off.....ie #1 #2 #3 ect... So all participents stay the whole 39 days regardless if they were the 1st voted off or if they make it to the Final 2. PGZ

| Yeah, I read that somewhere too. The ones who get voted off are not allowed to return home until the entire show is over. I heard Bobby Jon say on the Early Show that he and Jamie are now friends and talk on the telephone. |

| the members that were voted off prior to jury selection were sent to a resort in Costa Rica until filming was complete...or so I hear. The ones that are on the jury stay in tents near the production crew. But you're right...they all come back to the US at the same time. |
