 Rafe blew it!
Rafe should've won the whole thing.
When it was down to four and he had immunity, he should've made sure Stephanie went home. Instead, he continued to play the team game and went along with Stephanie. Once its so close to the end, that's when its time to break from your alliance with the strong and get rid of them before its too late. If Steph had immunity in that spot, Rafe would've been gone because she knew he'd played a great game up to that point and would have the jury's support.
Then, to magnify his mistake of keeping Steph around, when Danni wins immunity on the final challenge, he says Danni doesn't have to honor her promise to take him to the final two! What a loser. He seems like a very genuine guy but this is a game. Maybe Danni would've ditched him anyway because she knew what the game was about, but in that situation you play with whatever cards you have. He played great all the way until the final four.....he didn't know when it was time to break from his alliances and do what had to be done.
Someone had to do it; Danni did, and Danni won.
PS: don't tell someone they don't have to honor a promise and then get mad when they don't.  |

Didn't he break his promise to Jamie? It was a very touching scene. There they were on the beach playing their little stick and marble game and Rafe said, "No, Jamie, no one is voting for you." And then they all friggin voted for him--including Rafe! How can someone be "genuine" when he lies as much as the person next to him? Oh yea, and let's not forget when he got mad at Danni for doing exactly what he told her she could do. I guess the "little gay Mormon" really did have people snowed.
