Exile Island - Good Idea or Bad?

It's a good idea to try at least once. Actually, we don't even know yet how it works. If it doesn't generate excitement, then they can go back to what works.

It will be interesting to see how it works...whether it will be an advantage or a disadvantage to some. The trailers make it look like a bad thing but yet there's something there that could help win the game? Another thing that makes ya go hmmmmmmm

U know, i think its cool to see what they can come up with next. This might be the best kind of survivor yet becuz no one knows how it works so we cant make any judgements.. yet

I do not know how these players can financially make it happen. I just can't see how bills,car payments and such are maintained while a player is away for that time period. I know it's about sacrifices and all but how does one keep up with the bills while he or she is gone? I would love to try it once but I can't have a family suffer with no income coming in. I love the show and I think it's alot of fun. My wife says, go for it. But I don't think seh realizes the financials that go into it. Allyou need to do is a little (OK alot of planning,). It really is only a little over a month. If you work I'm sure you get vacation time (paid) and maybe yur employer would even be able to help out considering you would be going to compete in one of the most popular reality show. I think if you could enlist the help of family and friends by all means GO FOR iT!!!!. I wish I could but to many allergies and high blood pressure make it impossible, GOOD LUCK!

Cheryl, I appreciate your replying back to me. I am enjoying speaking with you. I can't wait for the beginning od exile islands. It's going to be one of the best ones. I think at this point in time guatamala has been the best so far. I will miss steph alot. I think she had generated alot of fans in the philly area of which she is actually from though she lives in toms river, nj now. We will miss her dearly. Now, the very first survivor had my wif'e cousins boyfriend on the show and his name was gervas. he has a son named gunner I don't know if you've watched the first showing but It really was cool to see someone on the show that you know. well gotta go have a nice day and evening.

I agree, I will miss Steph also. She was and still is a very competitive and strong woman. She is from my area that's why I really rooted for her to win. I am waiting anxiously for the new show to start.

How exciting to watch and actually know some one. Well only a few more weeks and we'll all be watching and chatting about the new "survivors".
