| Aras whined, backstabbed, and threatened his way to the final 3. HE DID NOT DESERVE THE MILLION DOLLARS. In his "plea" for the million dollars he stated that they should vote for him because he was broke and homeless. lmao So he's sucking off mom and dad? That's a reason to award him with a million dollars? Sounds like a bratty little kid who never grew up and learned about responcibility. My only retribution is the belief that he'll probably squander it all eventually and be right back where he started. He also stated in his "plea" that he played the game "honestly" (which he did not). Shane was right about everything he said about Aras and Danielle. I loved it when he basically told them that neither of them deserved to win the money and that if he could abstain from voting he would. "so here's what we are going to do. just pick a number from 1 to 100" NICE loved it. He summed up pretty much everything I wanted to say to those two. Yeah Aras was a good competator (I'll give him that) but at the end of the day, Terry still won almost all of the immunity challenges. Some people say they didnt like watching Terry win over and over. Can you honestly blame him for trying his hardest to win? It's not his fault he was hands-down better than all of the other competators. What was he supposed to do? Let someone else win? Danielle was useless, weak and backstabbing. I have no idea how she even slipped through the cracks to the final 3. No matter who she took with her to the final 2, she was going to lose. Aras threatened that she would lose both his vote and circe's vote (like she ever had circie's vote anyway). Terry on the other hand, didn't put her on the spot or even hold her to her promise that they would go to the final two together. He played the game with honesty and integrity. He was the under-dog the whole way. He was up against the wall fighting every week just to stay in the game. Terry is the ultimate survivor. Last Survivor season for me. I'm sick of seeing scumbags win lot of money. One final note on Circie: why should she have won the car? because she was most like everyone else in america, sitting on their couches watching TV? I guess she did grow somewhat as a person on this show by learning how to build a campfire and fish and she did have a nice personallity but I just don't see what all the fuss is about. ![]() |

| about Cirie, How did she make it so far? I just didn't get it. I was shocked when she didn't get voted off in the first episode. she would grow on me some, but was very sneaky and coniving. I don't know that anyone was more deserving for that car than the next. |

Terry had only two opportunities to display his honesty and integrity . He was involved in a total of three votes where somebody on his team had to be voted out. In the first he voted out Misty. No problem, he never promised anything to her. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Survivo...Voting_history However, his next two votes said pretty much everything about his character, honesty and integrity don't quite describe it. In the first case, Dan and Terry had promised Ruth Marie that she would be the fifth member of their team. However, that lasted barely two days and Terry voted her off in contrast to Dan who kept his promise. http://www.realitytvworld.com/news/r...anama-3980.php Betrayed by an existing alliance that she had joined only a couple of days earlier, Ruth Marie Milliman... The next test for Terry was two episodes later just before the merge. http://gosouthamerica.about.com/od/s...12Episode7.htm However, Terry had to choose between keeping his promise to Dan or keeping the team strong. With the merger on the horizon, he wanted to keep their tribe as strong as possible. At Tribal Council, Dan became the sixth castaway voted out. Another failure! This was Terry's last opportunity to display integrity by sticking to his promises. We later were only able to observe a very immature 46 year old man who questioned the rules once he lost and who was unable to make any further alliances. Also note that Terry played a very naive and even stupid game. Hopefully, every survivor viewer knows that after the merge it is a game of individuals and the team doesn't count. Why keep Austin or Nick around over Dan and in the process even break a major promise when Austin and Nick were much more dangerous competitors in the individual immunity challenges. Terry had lots of time to reflect on this before the votes were cast. How incredibly stupid! How can anybody claim that Terry deserved the win? I also cannot remember Aras breaking any such clear cut promises, do you? Last edited by raeeeex; 05-16-2006 at 10:52 AM. |
