I need ideas and help for my next video app

I need iseas for my next video,i give up on them calling me for the last few,
Any ideas are welcome

How about this....surrounded by luxury, (i.e. long cool drinks, all the comforts of home, fabulous buffet, wait staff, jacuzzi, TV, etc. etc) followed by "anybody could have this, but I want to work for it in a reward challenge. and then show the skills you need to be the "sole survivor".
