| This Survivor series has got to be the most boring ever produced by these people. I know several of you have already stated that in other threads but I just have to say it again. The "rich" well-fed tribe winning challenge after challenge is just plain boring. There's no suspense this time, no guessing, it's obvious who is going to win and who is going to lose. I'm only watching out of habit to see if something, ANYTHING, interesting happens. After tonight's episode I can also officially say that I hate Lisi. What a b*tch, watching her get voted off would be the highlight of the game. |

| I've never even done anything like this before, but I've watched Survivor since the first season, and am a huge fan. But whoever came up with this rich man/poor man idea is sick. It is awful and painful to watch. I mean, hello? So you have one team who has food and beds and luxury and one with no water, no food and are totally depleted physically and mentally. What kind of competition is that? From the get-go, it's been one unfair thing after the other. I told my husband last night I was done....that he could let me know when the cocky team started getting a 'reality' check and maybe I'd be back. I do love Alex on 'Richie Rich' Island, though, and since obviously someone on their team will win, since the others will all be voted off or die....then at least I hope it's him. | I may be wrong. But I thought in the previews for the next episode they show some type of team membership changing taking place. Then there was something about picking a camp site. I agree with things said about how dull this series has become. But perhaps this may shake things up a bit. |

| Practically every post I have seen hates this new "twist," myself included. We have one exception with Brian, who I could swear must work for CBS or have stock in them, and defends them to the hilt. I readily admit that we, the audience can be a little tough on CBS at times, but if they are going to be so bold as to promote this and offer it on the airwaves and cables as entertainment that we should watch adn enjoy watching, then they should best be prepared for criticism. The viewers are customers and they have a right to voice what they want and how they want it. If CBS resents customer input, then they are in the wrong business. They should be grateful for that input and thank us for it. And if they are sincere about our suggestions, then maybe they ought to offer us the most sincere form of appreciation by listening to our gripes and giving us a product that will please us more or at the every least, give us less to gripe about. Happy customers make for happy viewers who spread the word and create more viewers, with more ratings, more advertisers, with higher rates, and bigger profits. Isn't that the real point of TV. Brain! If you would, take this back to CBS for us. If we are divided 50/50 on an issue, ignore it. But when it comes up to 90% or more in favor of something, network executives ought to be scrambling in a panic to make us happy. To ignore the mob is not wise from a ratings point of view. Another way to tell if you are on the right track is to see whether the people are arguing about who is better or what moves the participants on the Island are making. But when the focus seems to come back to CBS time and again, maybe it is time for CBS to wake up and recognize there is a real problem. If they do not do this, then within a year or two, they may very well end up cancelling survivor. No one here wants survivor cancelled, least of all CBS. We want it to continue and be goood and we are teeling CBS how to do that or at least, how not to do it. CBS should be eternally grateful and listen to us when we are all speaking the same thing as we are here now. Think about it. Can you smell it, Brain? |

I agree with Morasca when she complains about any of the newer Survivors having it easier than her game in Amazon or any of the others. Granted Ozzy was a great help to Becky getting fatter and I applaud him on his outdoor skills. But at the same time I think that this season has turned out to be a way more interesting game to watch. I've been a little supprised on two of the votes already. I'm rooting for Earl all the way. |
