Saved by the idol Hi there all!
I'm a night ahead of most, but I liked the words spoken here, moist especially when talking about how Yau Man had played the game. And, when you think about it, not only did he make a very strategic move on Dreamz because when they realized there would be a car involved before the game, Dreamz spoke about not having a license but really wanting a car/truck, so Yau went with that which he's heard from him.
And then, he offs himself to the island, so that he could save two friends from it, and so that he could find out the third story about the idol -- and what does he do immediately upon getting home? He tells Earl about the pines clue, and Earl finds the last idol which he didn't need, in the pine tree! Yau could have searched for that himself, and with another idol, he would have made it to the final three, OR he could have asked Earl for that idol, and gotten through the last vote, but his faith in Dreamz made him go with that which he believed of another, and let's all never forget that regardless what's on the table, a man or woman is only as good as his or her promise/word!
In business, those who have the most of the stuff we all sweat for week through week, mostly do big deals with a handshake, and I know that for sure!
Dreamz, as has been said, should give himself a shake, and give that car back, or do his best to make the whole thing up to Yau! Now Yau will not pester him or anything like that, but sadly, by not pestering him, Dreamz might only be fooled into believing his move was a good one, when the truth is, that move was a vicious denial of his word to a friend, and if he doesn't give the truck back, his life's path will not become any better for this experience! |
