Oh, wow. So at best Fang can only get 3 members into the merge right..?
Next episode they kick off one more person guaranteed, current they have Matty, Ken, Ace, Sugar, Crystal. Then when the merge happens, they have to kick one more I imagine? (Safely assuming they lose..)

Does Kota need to kick one off because of how low Fang is at? Or is it just a thing they do like halfway through where each team has to kick one off regardless? Is there still even a team challenge?

Game changing for the other tribe could mean the Immunity winner sits in on the other tribes TC and gives immunity to one of them--has happened before.

Remember pre-game Jeff said they mixed up the order of things because people were basing their plans on know events. Jeff said merge, letters from home, car challange will be different.

Letters from home normally happen with 5-6 players left, the promo shows it this week with 12 players still in the game. So I wouldn't assume that because we have 10 players after next week we will have a merge.
