Hidden Immunity Idol rules...?

Now that Ozzy did not take the Hidden Immunity Idol to TC it must be assumed that it is hidden somewhere around camp. If someone should now find that idol, can they use it the same way as if they had found it on Exile Island or if Ozzy had given it to them?

I think if I were one of the the remainders I would be searching for it just in case it could save my butt!

1] You can not use an Idol unless it is given to you ( if you find it in someones pack, hidden , ect...you can not use)

2] It was put back on Exile Island

This is why in this weeks previews Jeff says " Someones dismay at being sent to Exile turns into joy", someone things they are going to have 2 fun days in the rain but soon realize they got a shot at finding the Idol.

Ozzy said in his interview, which is why I specifically asked him this question, that since he didn't give it to anyone, they would "reset it".

I assume that if you stole it, while it was still in play, you could play it. That's what they tried last time around.

Since it was Ozzy's and he got voted out, then it's a new game, so someone could possibly find it again.

They said in the previews of this season that someone would make a bigger mistake than James did last time. I think that since James had 2 idols and didn't play either, that he still made the biggest mistake, not Ozzy. Is there another mistake to come this season?

No, you cannot take other players property, remember Alex & Egardo with Yau's Idol or last year Denise tried to take James Idol's--a cameraman told her she could not take someones stuff.
