| I breathed a sigh of relief when Ms Evil and Ms Lazy Lump were booted out. The facail expression on Amanda in the openning shot at the awards ceremony told it all. She obviously knew what the final vote was before the ceremony. JEALOUSY, JEALOUSY JEALOUSY....I think was the the main factor, not outplaying, outsmarting or outwitting, in deciding the outcome. Ozzy's romantic dialogue at the final TC probably hit the jealousy nerve of a few jurors. Too bad.... because Amanda definitely outwitted and outplayed everyone. Not only was this true in the final challenge but also in the excavation of that big trench on the beach to find the HII. How many of the final four could have done that? That's something the tv viewers saw but the jury didn't. I think its time for Survivor to "fix" the final millionaire selection. Why not have both the jury and the tv viewers vote? If they both agree on the winner, then fine...no problem. If they don't, then a third and final tie breaker.....maybe a coin toss would do. Or Have the jury vote at the ceremony or have the ability to revise their vote then. In this way the jurors will have seen the same thing on tv that the viewers saw, like Amanda digging at Exile Island, in addition to what the tv viewers didn't see. |

As far as Parvati is concerned, I don't think she would have been in the F2 if Amanda didn't make the major effort to find the HII. I believe she would have been voted off right after Amanda if the HII wasn't found and beautifully played. So, IMO Parvati stood on Amanda's shoulders to win the 1 Mil. I think the majority of tv viewers would have voted for Amanda. |

| Not so, read cwaltons interview with Cirie--she states she told Amansa at F-3 if you pick Parvati over me you won't get my vote.

| yeah, but a well spoken answer may sway minds. Amanda bombed that question regardless. For a pageant contestant, I would have expected her to be better under the gun, than Parvati. don't get me wrong, I was rooting for Amanda, but her answers for the most part were not very good. |
