What about Canadians with Greencards??

So, I've been DYING to send in an audition tape to survivor...I just read the rules for the applications and it says you must be a US citizen. I'm a Canadian citizen but have been living in NY for over 7 years and am a permanent resident...anybody know if I could possibly still be eligible??
That just wouldn't be fair!!! us poor Canadians always getting left out

Send the tape in anyway. The most they can do is deny your application.

I agree.......Survivor is all about deception....so a little fudging early-on would be a warm-up to the real thing.
