Reality TV Shows with disclaimers

Hi,

Have you ever seen a reality tv series which begins with a disclaimer
(NOT Jackass

)? I'm looking for shows more on the lines of Survivor and The Amazing Race with disclaimers (did Kid Nation have a disclaimer?).

Your help will be greatly appreciated
